Boricua = Puertorrican
"Boricua" is a word derived from "Boriken" (with emphasis on the "e"), the name the native Tainos used to call the island of Puerto Rico. Today Puertorricans often use the word "Borinquen" to refer to the island and the word "Boricua" to refer to the Puertorricans themselves.
So "Vegan Boricua" = "Vegan Puertorrican"
